About my appointment
If you have an appointment scheduled you can find the exact time and planned address in the swapfiets App.
In case you need to cancel your appointment because the timeframe doesn't suit you, this is also possible in the App up until 1 hour in advance. After this, contact us as soon as possible by telephone to make sure we can still contact the Swapper in time.
