Update personal data

Want to update your data? You can now easily change most of your data on the app. Open the side menu and go to "Account".

Currently, it is not possible yet to change your email address or phone number yourself. Please contact our support team at info@swapfiets.nl so they can update your data.

Password

You can easily change your address details on the App. Open the side-menu and go to "Account". If you go into the "change password" page you will be able to enter a new password.

Home address

You can easily change your password on the App. Open the side-menu and go to "Account". If you go into the "Profile" section you can see which details are connected to your account. Here you are able to change the address connected to your account.

Billing information

You are able to change your (payment) details through App. Open the side-menu and go to "Account". You are then able to login to your account and change your details by clicking on ‘change payment method'.

You will be linked to account.swapfiets.com where you can login, and change your details to the accepted payment methods. Currently we accept: 

  • iDeal
  • Mastercard
  • Visa
