I was involved in an accident. What do I do now?
So sorry to hear that! Hopefully you are well. In case of an accident there are a few things to take into account.
- Please contact us so we can make an appointment. We will asses the damages, and make sure you receive another working bike. In case you don't want to receive another bike, contact us as well. We can make sure we plan an appointment to receive the bike and key.
- Any additional costs (depending on the damage of the bike) will initially be charged through you, the customer.
- That's why it is important to always write down the details of the third party, if present, so you can fill out an accident report.
The easiest is to make an appointment in the App. If not possible, contact us via another channel.
