What is the reason for the price increase?

Swapfiets is growing enormously and we are proud to provide an always working bike to almost 100,000 customers every day. Thank you for your trust in us! Providing the best service possible, as you are used from us, is the most important for us as a company. This means for example: more Swappers on the road that can provide service, at least one store in every city, an extensive service area and more staff at the customer service, so your question will be answered as quick as possible. The costs for this differ per city and this results in a price increase.
